How to divorce
Our qualified Legal Document Assistants will help you step by step through the process with educational information and clerical typing services. You make the decisions; we do most of the work.
We can also help you with typing services and procedural information for annulments and legal separations. We will also type your completed marital settlement agreement, if needed, for a modest additional fee.
We prepare the required forms with the information you provide, and send them to you at the appropriate time and WE STAY WITH YOU UNTIL THE DIVORCE IS FINAL.

Our fee is $525.00, the only additional cost is your County’s filing fee which differs in each county and is subject to change without notice.
